Terms & Conditions for Contest Participation
- The contest is open to all individuals aged 10 years and above.
- Participants can be residents of any county or region. Aliens too can participate.
- Employees of Housing Society (ATMOS), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase of villa/unit is necessary to enter the contest.
- Participants must submit their entry (name suggestion) along with a description of the name through attached Google Form.
- Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 entries.
- Entries must be original, unique, and must not infringe on third-party rights.
- The contest begins on April 17, 2025 and ends on 11.59 PM April 21, 2025.
- Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- The winning entry will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by society.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
- Criteria may include creativity, relevance to the project, and originality.
- The winner will receive a cash prize of ₹1,00,000.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or service.
- Any taxes or levies associated with the prize will be borne by the winner.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and modify the submitted name in connection with the project and related marketing activities.
- The winning name becomes the sole property of Society / Company.
- The winner will be notified via Email /Website on or before April 30, 2025.
- The winner must contact society within 7 days of notification to be eligible for claiming prize money.
- By participating, entrants agree to allow to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized content will be disqualified.
- Society reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the contest process.
- Society / Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana.
